Not every solar problem requires an immediate site visit. In many cases, the first step is reviewing the information already available through your inverter, monitoring platform or system alerts.
Solar Support provides remote diagnostics for residential, commercial and agricultural solar PV systems. We examine the available system data, identify possible causes and advise you on the most appropriate next step.
Problems We Can Investigate
- Remote diagnostics can help with:

- Inverter warning lights and error codes

What We Need From You
- To investigate the issue, we may ask for:
- The inverter make and model
- Photographs of the inverter and any warning lights

- Access to the monitoring platform
- The approximate date the problem began
- Details of recent electrical, internet or equipment changes
- Previous installation or commissioning documents, if available
Never remove covers or touch internal electrical components. We will only ask you to carry out simple, safe checks.
